Delivery timeframes take 5-10 days depending on your location.
We will endeavour to meet the stated timeframes for delivery, however many factors (some of which are beyond our control) can affect these timeframes and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.
We ship the majority of our items via Australia Post, Fastway Couriers.
If you are within VIC it generally takes 3-5 working days before you receive your items unless we are out of stock.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery you will be left a card inside your mailbox requesting you to contact the postal service or pick up at your local post office.
When your item is dispatched you will receive an email letting you know.
You can view estimated shipping costs before you proceed to the checkout by adding your items to the cart and on the right hand side at the end of your cart there is an estimated shipping cost box. If you enter your state and postcode you will be able to view what the shipping price will be.
Delivery costs are calculated on the website when you add items to your cart and are based on your postcode and the weight and amount of boxes needed to pack your items.
For security purposes all items must be signed for and cannot be left at your premises without a signature.
If in stock your order will be dispatched and delivered within 3-10 working days depending on your location. If your item is out of stock we will contact you via email advising you.
Suppliers can also run out of stock and sometimes this causes unexpected further delays. If you are ordering furniture, some suppliers only make to order and this may take up to 12 weeks to arrive.
